1.2 Related Services — Separate Platforms

ZingThis AI operates separately from ZingThis LegacyLoop (zingthis.com) and ZingRally (zingrally.com), both of which are separate services operating under ZingThis, LLC. Each platform has its own dedicated Privacy Policy and legal disclosures. This Privacy Policy does not govern data collected through zingthis.com or zingrally.com.

  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, scheduling calls, or otherwise communicating with us including email correspondence and call notes
  • ZAI Tool Interactions: Messages and queries you submit to ZAI, our AI visibility analyst tool, for the purpose of analyzing your business’s AI discoverability
  • Surveys & Feedback: Information provided when participating in surveys, promotions, or service feedback requests

  • Usage Information: Pages visited, features used, time and duration of visits, and content viewed on zingthis.ai
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and mobile network information
  • Location Information: General location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation data

We use Wistia to host and deliver video content on zingthis.ai, including audit example videos and demonstration content. 7A.3 Contact Form and Scheduling Tools

We use third-party form and scheduling tools to collect audit intake information and schedule consulting calls. These tools process the contact information and business details you provide. 7A.4 ZAI — AI Visibility Analyst Tool

ZAI is ZingThis AI’s proprietary AI-powered visibility analysis tool embedded on our website. When you interact with ZAI, your messages and queries are processed to generate AI visibility analysis responses. ZAI interactions may be reviewed by ZingThis AI for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. ZAI interaction data is retained for 90 days then anonymized or deleted. Your ZAI interactions will not be used to train third-party general AI models without your explicit consent.

7A.5 Analytics (Website Performance)

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. Analytics data is collected in aggregated, non-identifying form. We do not use analytics data to build individual behavioral profiles or for targeted advertising.


8. AI Tools and Data Usage Policy

  • AI tool outputs may contain limitations or inaccuracies. ZingThis AI does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated analysis provided as a supplemental tool
  • We do not use data obtained through any third-party API in a manner that violates that platform’s terms of service or privacy policy

9. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of your Personal Information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting internal data access, secure storage of client business files and audit deliverables, and regular review of security practices.
